A group of Hospitality students took on the challenge of catering for a workshop that was being held at Ekuphumleni during the October holidays.

For 4 days they catered to a group of ECD practitioners that were taking part in a MusicWorks workshop. Working within a stipulated budget, they made sure that everyone could enjoy a tea-time snack and a light lunch each day.

All the workshop participants enjoyed the food immensely and the Hospitality students behaved with real professionalism – we are very proud of their work!
